Depositing A Retainer
The link below is to be used solely for deposits going toward a retainer, either to establish a retainer, or to replenish an existing retainer. This includes deposits for consultation fees for consultations that are yet to occur. If you need to pay an invoice for services that have already been provided, but not yet paid for, do not use this link (see “Paying An Invoice”).

Paying An Invoice
The link below is to be used solely for paying invoices for services that have been provided, but either a retainer was not established, or the retainer was exhausted, leaving fees for services rendered partially unpaid. If you need to make a deposit to establish or replenish a retainer, do not use this link (see “Depositing A Retainer”).
Using the button directly below, your payment will not go to Scrimsher Law’s trust account; it will go into Scrimsher Law’s operating account, as the fee has been earned.
